- Wage Determination Solicitation W911W6-18-R-0023 The Aviation Development Directorate-Eustis Contracting Office, U.S. Army Contracting Command, intends to award a small business set-aside, firm-fixed-price contract for expansion of an engine test facility. The solicitation number is W911W6-18-R-0023 and is issued as a request for proposals. The proposed contract action is a noncommercial purchase in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. As stated in Section L of the attached solicitation, the Government is offering a site visit to Fort Eustis 20 September 2018 to better understand the requirement. Interested sources may submit a proposal. The government will review and consider all proposals received meeting the criteria stated in the attached solicitation, within the closing date set forth in this notice. Companies shall reference W911W6-18-R-0023 in all correspondence with the Government. Offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website www.sam.gov, with their FAR and DFARS Report Representations and Certifications completed prior to award.
