- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Research Service, intends to award a sole source procurement to Double T Trading, LLC, 24835 CR 3430, Roff, OK 74865 for CP Cattle Cubes with the following minimum specifications. Line #1 - 96 Tons 37-40% CP Cattle Cube: • Must come with vitamin/mineral pack for 2-lb feeding rate • Minimum 20% Soybean Meal • Up to 2.5% NPN • Provide proposed formula with offer • Four 24 ton deliveries to location (East Campus), with 1st delivery no later than Nov 1, 2018, 2nd delivery approx. Dec. 1, 2018, 3rd delivery approx. Jan. 2, 2019 and 4th delivery approx. Feb. 1, 2019. • Delivered by paddle wagon with extension Line #2 - 96 Tons 20% CP Cattle Cube: • Must come with vitamin/mineral pack for 4-lb feeding rate • No cottonseed meal allowed • Up to 1.5% NPN • Must contain soybean meal & hulls as primary ingredient with maximum 5% of other ingredients as binders • Provide proposed formula with offer • Four 24 ton deliveries to location (East Campus) with 1st delivery approx. Feb. 1, 2019, 2nd delivery approx. March 1, 2019, 3rd delivery approx. April 1, 2019 and 4th delivery approx. May 1, 2019. • Delivered by paddle wagon with extension Delivery will be made to the USDA, ARS, PA, Grazinglands Research Laboratory, 7207 W. Cheyenne St., El Reno, OK 73036 Pursuant to the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This posting is a NOTICE OF INTENT and is not a request for quotations or proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests for information will not be accepted. Potential sources who believe that they are capable of proving these services are invited to submit, in writing, substantiating documentation to the identified point of contact by no later than 15 days of the publication of this notice. The information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for future requirements. A determination by the Government to compete future actions based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
