- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT- The Contracting Office at the Portland Air National Guard, under the United States Property and Fiscal Office for Oregon (USPFO for Oregon), intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Advantor Systems Corporation for providing the Oregon Air National Guard’s (ORANG) with a Video Management System Server. Advantor Systems will provide the required items, as required by NGB, since Advantor is the only allowed security systems supplier. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR Part 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements; only one responsible source has been identified as reasonably available to provide the supplies that will satisfy the agency requirements. Advantor Systems is the only known source that can provide the necessary equipment and builds required. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes, or proposals. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334290 and the Small Business size standard is 750 employees based on average annual receipts. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, however all responsible sources that believe they can meet all of the requirements may contact the USPFO for Oregon via e-mail at rafael.e.martinezrodriguez.mil@mail.mil and be considered by the government. If no responses are received by 1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, 23 September 2018, a Sole Source contract will be pursued with Advantor Systems Co.
