- This award is the result of a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, using FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. The announcement constituted the only solicitation; proposals were not to be requested and a written solicitation was not seperately issued.
