- FA8307-18-R-0204 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes for this synopsis/solicitation are 333993, Packaging Machinery Manufacturing, Size Standard 500, OR 333249, Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing, Size Standard 500. Solicitation/Purchase Request Number FA8307-18-R-0204 issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation may be obtained in full text form located at FAR Site, http://farsite.hill.af.mil AFLCMC/HNCK intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for the acquisition of: •(1) Each, HBM86-BS Box Machine OR EQUAL •(1) Each, Delivery, Set Up, and Training Delivery: Four (4) months ARO or provide your best delivery schedule. Interested parties capable of providing the above must submit a written quote to include discount terms, tax identification number, cage code, and DUNS. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation, contractors must be registered in System for Award Management. You may register at URL: http://www.sam.gov/ All offers are due no later than 18 September 2018, 4:00 pm (Central Time). Late quotes/offers will not be considered.
