- Notice of Intent Regional Healthcare Contracting Office-Central, Brooke Army Medical Center intends to award a sole source contract with Southwest Texas Regional Advisory Council (STRAC) for Trauma Registry which stores and aggregates hospital trauma data from all designated trauma centers in Southwest Texas. The data collected is a specific data set that satisfies requirements set forth by the Texas Department of State Health Services and they provide a trauma performance monitoring and reporting tool. Award will be made on or about 19 September 2018. The NAICS code 813920, size standard is $150,000.000. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements.
