- RFQ - RELIGIOUS CERTIFIED KOSHER FY2019 FCI MIAMI The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Miami Florida, intends to issue solicitation 15B30919Q00000003, for the requirements of: REQUIREMENT- SUBSISTENCE RELIGIOUS KOSHER CERTIFICATION. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin the week of OCTOBER 15, 2018, (with exact dates shown within the solicitation). Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 15801 SW 137th Avenue, Miami, FL 33177. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation is available today, September 13, 2018, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at 12:00 pm ET. KOSHER MEAL SAMPLES - 52.212-1(d) - FCI Miami Food Service is requesting: PRODUCT SAMPLES - FCI Miami is requesting product samples at or prior to the time specified for receipt of offers. These samples shall be submitted at no expense to the Government, and returned at the sender's request and expense, unless they are destroyed during pre-award testing. Samples should be of six serving sizes, label, and lot number of the product. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)/Purchase Card. Each Offer is required per Far 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certification via the On-line Representations and Certification Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
