- SOLICITATION N00164-18-Q-0292 -BATTERY TEST SYSTEM - FSC 6625 - NAICS 334515 Anticipated Issue Date: 13 SEP 2018 - Anticipated Closing Date: 15 OCT 2018 - Time 2:00 PM EDT This RFQ is 100% Small Business Set-Aside The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane intends to enter into a one-time buy, Firm Fixed Price contract as follows: CLIN 0001 - Battery Test System Brand Name or Equal to NH Research 9300-100 IAW Salient Characteristics QTY 21 Delivery: Require FOB Destination to Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane, IN 47522 within 10 months ADC. Quoters - Please note before preparing your quote, carefully review ALL SECTIONS. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: i. Technical capability - Proposal must meet or exceed the standards set forth in the attached salient characteristics. Quoters must turn in product literature and full out the Technical Evaluation Matrix to ensure the product is in line with the requirement. ii. Past Performance iii.Price Technical and past performance, when combined, are equal to price. A responsive quote consists of all the following: 1.Signed SF 1449 (ALL PAGES RETURNED). 2.All pricing must be entered on the CLIN of the solicitation (SF 1449). 3.Technical Evaluation Matrix completely filled out on pages 51-53 of SF 1449. 4.Product literature provided. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Solicitation Number N0016418Q0292; is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted via FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOpps site for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
