- Solicitation Contractor will automatically (without a request from GSA) replenish the fuel taks with the type of fuel listed in the statement of work to ensure adequate supply of propane, heating fuel, or generator fuel for nine (9) border stations and building operations. Further deatails and locations are listed in the Solicitation and Statement of Work. This will be awarded to one contractor as a base plus four option years. This will be awared as a firm fixed price contract. The winner of this solicitation will be selected based upon Lowest Price Technically acceptable (LPTA).
