Instructions to Offerors Solicitation FULL Amended Solicitation SOW Date: September 13, 2018 Subject: DES TOC Display MFR: Amended Combined Synopsis Solicitation W911SD-18-R-0169 The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) TOC Display System at West Point, NY. The solicitation is offered to Vendors that have a Current and Valid GSA Contract Associated Information Technology Communications Equipment. The Period of Performance is for a 30 September 2018 - 29 September 2019 This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 334290 Communications Equipment, size standard is 750 Employees and FSC/PSC of J074. In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. Also please verify that both your DUNS # and Cage Code are current. Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria as stated in the solicitation shall govern. This solicitation is issued in electronic format only and will be available on the Internet at: https://fbo.gov. It is the Offeror's responsibility to check the internet address provided as necessary for any posted changes to this solicitation and all amendments.
