Description

Pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the US Department of Education's (Department) Institute of Education Sciences (IES) intends to award a single purchase order, on a sole source basis to EC America for annual renewal of our licenses and maintenance support for Appian Enterprise (Maintenance for Perpetual Name User). EC America is the only company authorized to sell or perform maintenance on Appian Enterprise. This notice is not a solicitation for competitive proposal. However, the Department will give consideration to any interested party that identifies its interest and capability to provide Appian Enterprise maintenance and support or submits a proposal by the response date of September 21, 2018.
