- The Contracting Department, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to award a single Firm Fixed-Price Contract and will utilize procedures under FAR Part 12 “ Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 “ Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Protestant Music Director Services in support of Naval Station Great Lakes. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 711130, Musical Groups and Artists. The size standard is $11,000,000.00. The Period of Performance for the base year is 01 October 2018 - 30 September 2019, with two (2) option periods, and one (1) option period up to 6-months IAW FAR 52.217-8. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation on requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220, or via the internet at www.sam.gov or https://www.FSD.gov. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to conduct verbal or written discussions with respect to other than price with the offerors at any time prior to award.
