- JTT Industry Day Special Notice This notice does not constitute a request for solution or request for submissions of any kind and is not a commitment by the U.S. Government to procure any products or service. The Government will not reimburse any parties for costs associated with this notice. This is a special notice to provide advanced notification of an upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) to be issued on behalf of Joint Program Office (JPO) for Joint Tactical Terminals (JTT). For this project, JPO JTT seeks a Production Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for follow-on Joint Tactical Terminal - Next Generation (JTT-NG). The information provided in this Draft RFP is intended to ensure that to the maximum extent practicable, competitive procedures are used when entering into agreements to carry out this production contract. A follow-on notification will be issued to include instructions to request Government Furnished JTT Software source code and Tactical Data Processor Interface Control Document. The Draft RFP documents marked FOUO are available to interested parties that can establish a need to know. Industry partners interested in receiving these documents must submit an email with subject line: "JTT-NG Draft RFP Sept 2018 Documents Request" to the Technical POC no later than 30 September 2018. Each registration email should contain: Entity name, CAGE code, business unit, address Entity JPAS SMO code Business type - Identify as large business, small business, or any other socioeconomic business Primary point of contact with phone number and email address List of recipients - provide full legal names and confirm US citizenship for each company recipient Available documentation: Performance Specification Performance Work Statement Section L & M This posting is provided solely for administrative and outreach purposes. Industry partners are encouraged to submit comments or questions regarding the Government requirements. The response date listed is a requested date, but this posting will remain open until the final RFP is posted or the project is cancelled. While the Government may not respond to every question or comment provided, information received will be considered and, to the greatest extent practicable, will help to refine the final RFP more clearly.
