- THIS NOTIFICATION IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. PLEASE SCROLL TO BOTTOM OF THE PAGE TO VIEW REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NOTICE. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, is issuing this pre-solicitation notice as means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to the requirements for the performance and delivery of a Granite Surface Plate for a FFP. For specifications please see attachment 1: Statement of Work. As well as attachment 2: Drawing 6656376 This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Based on the responses to this pre-solicitation notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the requirement of this notice are invited to submit a response by 6:00 AM PST on 10 September 2018. All responses under this pre-solicitation notice must be emailed to Tyler Johnson at tyler.l.johnson@navy.mil If you have any questions concerning this opportunity please contact: Tyler Johnson at tyler.l.johnson@navy.mil THIS NOTIFICATION IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division has a requirement to procure a granite surface Plate. This acquisition is a non-commercial Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Simplified Acquisition Procedures contract. This acquisition is solicited as a Competitive Small Business Set Aside for any small business within a 100 mile radius of NSWC Corona. Partial proposals will be deemed as nonresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award a single contract to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on lowest price, technically acceptable. This is an all-or-none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the Solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in section L and section M of the Solicitation. Offerors must be registered in SAM and all responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. Quotes are due no later than the response date in the posting. Responses/offers shall be submitted electronically, PDF or MS Word Format to TBD@navy.mil. Any amendment(s) issued to this RFQ will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the Offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement. No telephone requests. All requests must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, fax number, cage code, Tax ID number, Business size, county and DUNS number. Proposals must be valid for 60 days after the due date. Any amendment(s) issued to this RFP will be published on this website.
