This acquisition will be competed using full and open competitive procedures and is intended to be a standalone contract (i.e. not an order placed under IDIQ). The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code to be used for this procurement is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services, with a size standard of $27.5M. Any and all updates to this acquisition will be posted directly to this announcement. The GDSS Application Bidder Library documents will be sent through AMRDEC on 13 Sep 18 to all offerors who have provided a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The proposal response date is 12 Oct 18 at 2:00PM (Central Time).
