- Good Morning, Our email system was down until this morning, if you attempted to send questions or send in your package and I have not responded, please send it in again. The questions below are all the questions I have received. 1. Question. 1.18 Steel metal doors with Metal frame with all hardware, 3-0 x 7-0: 2 Ea.....1.19 Wind Certified Electric Overhead door 24 gauge sectional, Overhead door shall be insulated,also opener with pull chain, heavy commercial overhead doors, with mounting hardware be included andmanual to install. 10'x 12': 2 Ea. This is a "sectional" door. The bid form calls for an "Electric Coiling" door. Which is correct? Answer. 1.18. The Contractor supplying two (2) 3-0 x 7-0 metal doors with frame and hardware and Panic Bars exit devices 1.19. No, not sectional. It's Electric Coiling. The overhead coiling door design provides and exterior steel door that will roll upward and coil into a tight fir above the door. 2. Question. It is unclear if we are supply the man doors. Please clarify. Answer: 1.18. Yes, the contractor supplying two (2) steel metal doors with metal frame and hardware with Panic Bars exit devices. 3. Question. I did not see any insulation called out but you call out the overhead doors to be insulated. Answer. 1.19. Yes, Overhead door shall be insulated 4. Question. Do you provide any advance payment, milestone payments or just net 30 payment terms? Answer. We do not provide advance payment or milestone payments. Net 30 payments apply. 5. Question. Please confirm the delivery address for this building in order for us to complete this bid. Answer. The actually delivery of the materials will be on the recycle center lot on JBSA Lackland as shown. The invoice address will be posted on the award.
