- Description
- Brand Name Justification for Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) Equipment The Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion and Repair, Groton, CT, Contracting Department intends to award a sole source, brand name purchase order to AUT Solutions of Fulshear, Texas, to procure Phased Array Ultrasonic Test (PAUT) equipment and accessories. This purchase will be accomplished in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13) and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 28 September 2018. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. As required under FAR 5.102(a)(6), a redacted Brand Name Justification is published herein.
