- Amendment 2 for RFP 91995918R00030001 The solicitation is hereby amended to extend the due date until Thursday, September 20, 2018 at 12:00 pm EST and open it up to all qualified businesses. Offerors who responded to the solicitation are not required to submit a new offer; however, offerors have the opportunity to modify and/or update submissions as needed. The solicitation delieverable dates and evaluation criteria are hereby amended to provide extra points for submittals received from small businesses, as detailed in the amended evaluation criteria attached to the solicitation amendment. A decision on the contract award may be made without negotiation, and will follow the evaluation criteria listed in this amendment. All questions received in response to this amendment must be submitted only in writing, and no later than 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday, September 17, 2018.
