- Amendment 3-Extended Due Date Please see Amendment 1 for the extended due date. See Amendment 2 for added clauses. See Amendment 3 for the additional extended due date. Questions will no longer be accepted after 7 September, 2018 3:00 pm CST. In addition to the extended date please refer to the posted questions and answers in the attachments. Refer to Addendum 1 for a change in the PWS. This is a requirement for a Vertical Lift Module System as indicated below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is # F2MTRD8169AW01 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attachment for the RFQ. This purchase is a Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code is 337215 and the size standard is 500 EMP. Please respond to this RFQ by emailing response to the primary point of contact (POC) below. When submitting questions please use the sample format provided in the attachments. For site visits a base pass is required to gain access. Please utilize the pass request format and submit 24 hrs. prior or earlier to obtain a pass. Passes can be pickup at the JBSA Lackland Visitor Center, see Base Map attachment for locations and below for request format. Site Visit. A site visit will be held at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 29 August 2018. The location is Lackland Training Annex Medina, TX, Armory building 950.
