- Description
- Questions & Answers 1. Would the Government consider increasing the maximum page count for the RFI response from 10 pages to 15 pages? The RFI asks for significant detail in paragraph 2.0 and related tables that requires additional page count to respond adequately. Table 3 does not have to be included in the 10 page limit, and we are fine with increasing the page limit to 15. 2. Will NGA consider removing "Table 3 - Elevation Dataset Questionnaire" from the 10 page limit? Table 3 does not have to be included in the 10 page limit 3. Can additional supportive documentation (non-sales material) be included as attachments and not counted in the 10 page limit? Supportive documentation can be included, and not counted in the 10 page limit. But please limit total pages (including attachments) to 15. 4. Would the Government be receptive to responses that are classified above unclassified (ref., RFI para 4.0, page 8)? It is possible that in order to be specific about accuracies in relation to specific data types could require the response to be classified (ref., RFI Table 3, page 5 and 6). The RFI seeks information on unclassified elevation products, but if specifics on accuracies in relation to dataset validation and/or verification is classified it can be sent as a separate document. Also, You can get classified answers from unclassified data so I believe we should accept classified answers. Classified information should be sent in a separate document to grace.v.ayers@coe.ic.gov. 5. Would the Government please verify that the Q&A period will be open for 5 business days after RFI release (until COB on 10 Sept)? We can extend the Q&A period to Sep 14 if needed
