- Modification to fix CLINs and extend the RFP date. Page 6 of CSS Tailrace Crane under (b) General Instructions, Proposal Submittal; proposal date is changed to 23 Aug 2018. Attachement Drawings 3 and RS Kerr Tailrace Crane Specs 07-2-18 have been added to the combined synopsis solicitation. Solicitation W912BV18R0034 is a Combined Synopsis Soliciation is for the purchase of one (1) Tailrace Crane also known as a Draft Tube Gantry Crane with a rated capacity of 40 tons and the replacement of the current crane, hois winch and lifting beam. Ther is an optional bid item for the removal of the exisitng electric system. The performance of work will be done at the Robert S. Kerr Hydropwer located in Mayes County, Oklahoma. The Powerhouse will be occupied during performance of work under this contract. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal as a Firm Fixed Priced contract based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside under NAICS 333923 with a Size Standard of 1,250 employees. Award will be conducted and evaluated under the provisions of FAR Part 12, Part 13 and Part 15.
