- This notice serves as an award notification for Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) #70CMSW18A00000001 to Colt Manufacturing Company, LLC. The award provides Colt replacement parts and accessories to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Firearms and Tactical Program (OFTP). These parts and accessories support the mission of OFTP, which is to provide personnel with firearms, intermediate-force weapons, protective equipment, training, logistical support, and guidance that increases safety and improves the tactical proficiency of the armed work force. This BPA has a period of performance (ordering period) of five (5) years with an estimated total contract value of $6,950,000.00. While the award included no obligated funds, the remaining value of the BPA will be funded as requirements arise.
