- Amendment 7 was issued 6 April 2018 to commence negotiations and provide offerors with change page revision instructions. Amendment 8 was issued 20 June 2018 to change the following: Administrative changes to Section C of the GTP RFP and provide change page revision instructions for Round 2 of discussions. Amendment 9 was issued 20 July 2018 to provide change page revision instructions for Round 3 of discussions and add clause FAR 52.204-23 PROHIBITION ON CONTRACTING FOR HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, AND SERVICES DEVELOPED OR PROVIDED BY KASPERSKY LAB AND OTHER COVERED ENTITIES (JUN 2018) Amendment 10 was issued 25 July 2018 to extend closing date and time of Round 3 change page revisions to 03 August 2018. Amendment 11 was issued 10 September 2018 to issue the Final Proposal Revision to offerors with a closing date of 14 September 2018.
