- Amendment II: The purpose of this amendment is to address a vendor question that has been received and the Governments answer to that question as follows: Question: Is the Government looking for a VIPA spectrometer or a TFP type spectrometer? Answer: A type has not been specified, the Govenment is looking for a spectrometer which is capable of meeting the minimum specifications as posted. Amendment II shall result in no change to the current combined synopsis/solicitation terms and conditions.
