- This solicitation SPE4A6-18-R-XC03 P.R. SC1000068800 for NSN 3110-00-455-6179 (BEARING, ROLLER, NEEDLE: HELICOPTER, CHINOOK: CH-47); Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved sources for this item is RBC Bearings, Inc. CAGE: 51588, Boeing Company, CAGE: 77272 and Industrial Tectonics, CAGE: 06144. Any manufacturer, other than RBC Bearings, Inc. CAGE: 51588, Boeing Company, CAGE: 77272 and Industrial Tectonics, CAGE: 06144, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR). Information may be found via ht tp://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an IDC with a three year base period and two, one year option periods with a minimum quantity of 23 each and a maximum quantity of 91each. The required delivery schedule is 238 days After Receipt of Order, FOB destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS at http://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
