This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Announcement to set-aside for Small Business who can provide chemical water treatment for the condensation and chill water systems at the Ambulatory Care Clinic and E-Wing of the VA hospital in Hawaii. This procurement is on behalf of VA Pacific Islands Health Care System. The NAICS code is 325199 with Small Business size of 1,250 employees. The solicitation document, 36C26118Q9323, will be posted on/or about September 17, 2018.
