Description
Revised FBO_Posting_NIH_292201800004L The U.S. Government is seeking a Pre-Solicitation for Hangar space at an FAA controlled airport and other airport related facility composed of a minimum of 85,000 USF and maximum of 117,909 USF of space, with 5 reserved parking spaces for official U.S. Government vehicles in addition to staff, visitor and emergency services. Offered space must meet U.S. Government requirements for fire safety, and accessibility per the terms of the Lease. Additional Requirements: • Located on a FAA controlled airport Hangar and or other airport related facility. • Ability to maintain temperature-controlled facility upon emergency. • Ability to safely store emergency preparedness equipment. • Ability to accommodate aircraft parking adjacent to Hangar. • Ability for emergency generators for 100% operation of the facility. • Ability to park up to 100 vehicles as needed • Offered space must be capable of meeting security requirements, as determined by the Government. Expressions of Interest must be received in writing no later than September 18, 2018 at 4:30pm EST, and should include the following information at minimum. Submission Requirements: 1. Building Name/address and the location of available space within the building. 2. Rentable square feet available and the expected rental rate per rentable square foot. 3. Building Ownership information. 4. Amount of parking available onsite. 5. List of Building services provided. 6. One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 7. Name, Address, Telephone Number, and email address of authorized contact. 8. Verification of FAA control airport Hangar 9. Site plan
