Description

Redacted J&A RFQ/Solicitation The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue a sole source award to IPFolio. The United States Air Force General Counsel is requesting brand-name IPFolio Intellectual Property (IP) Docketing Software as a Service (SaaS). A quote is being requested and a written solicitation is provided as an attachment to this notice. Please see the attached Solicitation and redacted Justification and Approval (J&A) for details and information that must be included with quote. The offeror must fill in blocks 30(a), (b), and (c) on page 1 of the Solicitation. The CLIN amounts on page 10 also need to be completed, as well as the Contractor POC information on page 49. Please complete the attached solicitation in its entirety and return to cody.r.seelhoefer.civ@mail.mil (618-229-9348) for consideration for award. Response is due by September 19, 2018 at 3:00 PM CST. Please provide your company's business size, CAGE code, DUNS number, and a point of contact. Also, please provide a copy of your company's commercial price list so the government can justify the prices received are fair and reasonable, as well as determine the discount percentage received. This shall be a firm fixed priced contract. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the Department of Defense (DOD) System for Award Management (SAM) database. The SAM website is http://www.sam.gov.
