- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 68HE0118Q0017 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). NAICS CODE: 334516 with a size standard of 1000 employees is applicable to this solicitation and the resulting order. Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to award an order consisting of one (1) Auto Solvent Extractor, and supporting equipment package. the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Current to: FAC 2005-100, Effective: 22 Aug 2018. Provisions and clauses applicable to this solicitation and any resultant order are included in the attached RFQ 68HE0118Q0017 document. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. All responses received by will be considered by the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred for preparing a response to this notice. The Government may contact Offerors to clarity information to better understand their quotes or to request information that appears to be inadvertently omitted. All quotes shall be received via email to Miller.Melissab@EPA.gov by September 18, 2018, 2359 Eastern time (11:59 PM ET).
