- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation that includes the Performance Work The Contractor shall be responsible for providing a full range of ongoing and specialized information and referral service, and assistance to members of the USAG Rheinland-Pfalz Baumholder Military Community. Primarily, the Contractor shall be responsible for operating the ACS front desk in accordance with (IAW) guidance received from the Information and Referral Program Manager (hereafter referred to as the Program Manager). Services shall be provided to all eligible ID card holders. See attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation that includes the Performance Work Schedule.
