- Bid Bond Wage Determination File Plan Drawings Project Specs Solicitation **PLEASE READ: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. NO OTHER INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS ISSUED ON THE DATE IDENTIFIED BELOW** Solicitation Documents : The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) requiring both price and technical proposals responding to evaluation criteria described in the solicitation. Documents will only be available electronically to download from this website on or about September 19, 2018. Description: Contract work includes two primary tasks that shall be carefully coordinated and scheduled. One task is disassembling, removing, transporting the existing Sawmill Gulch Bridge to a designated storage site, inventorying bridge components, and storing components by type. The second major task consists of constructing a new bridge as specified in the drawings and specifications. The Contractor shall provide approved traffic control measures throughout the duration of the contract. Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, tools, supervision, materials and any necessary incidentals to accomplish work on this project. Location: The project sites are located along Forest Service road 41N37 within the Salmon River Ranger District of the Klamath National Forest. Government Estimate: $500,000 - $750,000 Estimated Start Date: November 1, 2018 Contract Completion Date: October 31, 2019 Set-Aside: This project is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Bonds : A Bid guarantee is required with the offer. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required of the successful contractor within 10 days of award. Response Location: Offers will be accepted at the Northern California Acquisition Service Area, Redding Office, located within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest Headquarters at 3644 Avtech Parkway, Redding, CA 96002 NO LATER than date and time indicate on the solicitation.
