- Commercial Reps and Certs New Vendor Packet Vance AFB Statement of Work Terms and Conditions About 2700 gallons of Jet A fuel is suspected to have leaked from the fuel system serving the jet engine test stands at Vance AFB, Enid Ok. Work is to be conducted in conjunction with the attached Statement of Work. Bids are no later than 1:00pm CST Monday, Oc. 1, 2018. Bids are to be emailed or faxed. AFTER SOLICITATION ISSUE IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBLITY TO CHECK THE FBO FREQUENTLY FOR POSSIBLE ADDENDA OR OTHER ITEMS THAN MAY AFFECT THE SOLICITATION AND THE ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR BID.
