- In order to access Questions and Answers, respondents will need to follow the steps required to get access to Attachment 1 (located in the RFI). -------------------------------------------------- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems command (SPAWAR) Program Executive Officer, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (PEO C4I), Program Manager, Warfare, Information Assurance and Cyber Security Program Office (PMW 130) is conducting a Request for Information (RFI), to determine industrys capacity to provide a Counter Insider Threat Capability (CITC) Analytic Hub and a User Activity Monitoring (UAM) tool. Please refer to the attached Request for Information (RFI) for additional information and white paper submission instructions. Responses are due to the Government by 15 October 2018 0900 Pacific Time.
