- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA670318Q0036 and is a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-100 correction, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20180824, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2018-0525. Under this requirement the contractor shall remove and recycle, when applicable, the concrete waste and fencing from Dobbins ARB (DARB) in its entirety. The concrete waste primarily consists of 12 inch slabs, rebar, mesh and unreinforced concrete. The disturbed vegetative area shall be covered with a 6 inch layer of straw. See pictures at attachments 1 thru 9. Recycling waste weight receipts must be provided to the Government prior to processing of pay request. This is a 100% Small Business (SB) Set-Aside with a Small Business Size Standard of $38.5M. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562119 Other Waste Collection. NOTE: All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) program in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: https://www.sam.gov to register and/or obtain information about the SAM program. Foreign participation is not permitted. NAICS 562119 Small Business Size $38.5M Solicitation will be - Request for Quote (RFQ) Contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price Period of Performance: 30 Calendar Days from Date of Award
