Description

Blanket J&A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) to Harris Corporation for hardware and software maintenance, sustainment and support of a Harris Project 25 (P25) Land Mobile Radio Trunking System (LMRTS), which consists of Symphony dispatch consoles, MASTR-V trunked repeaters, a Network Switching Center (VIDA Core), System Management Terminals, and ancillary equipment. The LMR system platform, network connectivity, and backbone infrastructure here at Nellis/Creech are proprietary to Harris. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit documentation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 3:00PM PST, 27 Sep 18 that are equivalent to the Harris Corporation will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
