Description
Map of Delineated Area as described further in FBO Modification 1 dated 09/26/2018. FBO Modification (1) (09-26-2018) In order to amend/ modify the advertisement dated 07/25/2018 the "Delineated Area," 'Expressions of Interest' and 'Market Survey' due dates, the expressions of interest response criteria are hereby deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following: Delineated Area : City Limits of Monticello, Kentucky and going North on Highway 90 to the intersection of Highway 90 and Highway 1808 on both sides of North Highway 90; and going South on Highway 90 to the intersection of Highway 1546 and South Highway 90, and shall fall on either side of the highway mentioned. A map of the delineated area is attached to this advertisement. Expressions of Interest Due : 4:30 p.m. Eastern, Friday, October 12, 2018 Market Survey (Estimated) : TBD Please reference project number 21-231Wayn in the Expression of Interest submission. Expressions of Interest shall include the following: 1. If existing building, building name and address, and location of the available space within the Building, along with building site/ lot plans, interior layout drawings/ pictures (with dimensions shown) reflecting the Space that is being offered. 2. Only leased construction under construction that can deliver space by the occupancy date in the advertisement shall be considered. Offeror shall provide with expression of interest information the date that the Space shall be completed and can be occupied by the Government upon completion of all shell and tenant improvement work. Built-to-Suit construction will not be considered. 3. Rentable square feet (RSF) and ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered, along with rate per SF for a fully serviced Lease. Indicated whether the quoted rental rate includes any amount of tenant improvements and state amount, if any. 4. List of building services to be provided. A fully serviced Lease is expected. 5. Date of space availability. 6. Building Ownership Information. If offeror is not owner, authorization to show property will be required. 7. Amount of parking available on-site.
