Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Zaiga Technologies, Inc. of Shell Beach, CA for the service of RCMS software maintenance and updates, NAICS 541511 applies; the small business size standard is $27.5 million. The Contractor shall provide maintenance and updates to the existing RCMS software for the Research Department at the JOHN D. DINGELL VA MEDICAL CENTER, 4646 JOHN R STREET, DETROIT, MI 482015 for a period of the date of award for twelve (12) months. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 3:00 pm on September 27, 2018. No telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. All responses must be mailed to VAAAHS, Attn: Thomas Auten, Contracting Officer, Network 10 Contracting Office, and PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, MI 48106.
