- PLEASE REFERENCE PREVIOUS NOTICE W912EQ-18-SB-0005 Sources Sought - Pre-Solicitation Project Information Meeting Title of Work : Miscellaneous Repairs - 5 Year IDIQ - MATOC The US Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District, is seeking capability statements from all sources with the capabilities and experience to perform the following work: Project Description: The project will be a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for miscellaneous repairs throughout the Memphis District. Typical construction task orders may include levee embankment repairs, road gravel surfacing, channel bank riprap armoring, culvert installation/replacement and maintenance of existing projects within the Memphis District area of operation. The work on each task order will consist of furnishing all plant, labor and materials for the work to be performed. Specific items of work may include, but not be limited to: clearing, stripping, grubbing; debris disposal; borrow pit development and excavation, channel excavation, stockpiling of material, processing of fill material for moisture control, embankment construction, compaction; placement of geo-textile, gravel surfacing, bedding material, riprap (grouted and un-grouted); culvert installation/replacement; establishment of turf and any incidental related work according to the base MATOC specifications and supplemental specifications & plans for each individual Task Orders. North American Industry Classification System : 237990 Small Business Size Standard: $36.5M Acquisition Strategy : The acquisition strategy to be determined after analysis of responses. Pricing is Firm Fixed Price. A PORTION OF THE WORK IN THE MATOC WILL BE RESERVED FOR Competitive 8(a) bidding only. Work Location : The majority of the work will be in the AR and MO vicinity. However work could extend into TN, MS, KY and IL. The exact location will be indicated on the contract drawings.
