GSA is seeking Offerors to propose space for lease to be used as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The solicitation will be conducted using the Two Phase Design Build Selection Procedures. The first phase shall consist of an evaluation of the qualifications of the Offeror and their Key Personnel and Design Methodology and Approach. The Government shall select no more than five of the most highly qualified teams to proceed to the second phase. Offerors proceeding to the second phase shall submit a full technical offer and price proposal, including a review of the site or building proposed by the Offeror. Offered space must meet Government requirements including fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Additional details will be provided in the Request For Lease Proposal (RLP) package.
