- Description
- Notice of Award FOE The TMIP-AF PMO at Gunter Annex, AL is the primary source of Air Force testing and training of the TMIP-Joint (TMIP-J) suite of software. The TMIP-AF PMO accomplishes software training before the systems and medical provider Airmen are deployed to the theater. The TMIP-AF PMO utilizes both organic and contractor assets in support of the TMIP-J software suite of systems which includes the Aeromedical Evacuation (AE) mission, deployment of systems in support of the war-fighters in theater, as well as for humanitarian missions and natural disasters. TMIP-AF software automates and integrates clinical care documentation, medical supplies, equipment, and patient movement with in-transit visibility. Critical information is gathered on every patient and entered into the deployed system and within 24 hours, records are moved to and safely stored in the stateside databases. The services for the current task order and the proposed logical follow on task order are performance-based and are within the same scope of work. Therefore, the follow on task order is in scope of the basic IDIQ. The CLIN structure for the follow on task order for TMIP-AF Support is detailed below. The task order will consist of three (3) CLINs: Labor CLIN (Firm Fixed Price), Other Direct Cost (ODC) CLIN (Cost), and Travel CLIN (Cost). The Labor CLIN supports the requirement for testing Electronic Health Record (EHR) software releases from the JOMIS PMO and training Air Force, AF reserves, and Air National Guard medical war-fighters on the loading and use of the TMIP-AF software in theater. The ODC CLIN covers other costs that occurs in support of the TMIP-AF mission. The Travel CLIN supports the required travel for contractors to Air Force and other installations where the EHR training occurs. The CLIN structure and numbering convention is dictated by the structure of the NETCENTS-2 IDIQ.
