- FEMA - Puerto Rico has a continuing requirement for the use of Box Trucks, Refrigerated Box Trucks (26, 24, and 16 Foot sizes) also 15 Passenger Vans. These are just the Vehicles - no driver required. FEMA is looking for Local Small Business within the Disaster Area (DR-4339-PR) that have the capability to provide these vehicles on a standard 3 month lease - with options to renew the lease up to 24 months. The vendor must also be able to provide a toll pass devise for each vehicle. The tolls would be than reimbursed for the actual amount of the tolls incurred during the billing period (normally monthly). This is not a solicitation - but only for Market Research purposes to determine what is available in the local market - this sources sought notice may or may not lead to an actual solicitation being posted. If a solicitation is issued it will be a small bussiness set-aside - which includes all types, such as Hub Zone, 8A, Women Owned, Service Connected Disabled Veterains, to list just a few
