- This amendment provides an updated Response to Questions to correct the responses to Question #6 and #6A. TRUCK PLATOONING EARLY DEPLOYMENT ASSESSMENT, PHASE 1 This requirement is comprised of two phases. Phase 1, Concept Development, will be conducted under Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts. Phase 2 will be conducted under a follow-on contract or assistance agreement. Issuance of a follow-on contract or assistance agreement is at the discretion of the Government. Only entities receiving a contract for the Phase 1 requirement will be eligible for a contract or assistance agreement under Phase 2.
