- Solicitation Amendment 0002 *** This solicitation has been amended (10/05/2018 JST) *** The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for proposals. The due date and time for proposals has been changed from 1400 JST on 19 November 2018 to 1400 JST on 30 January 2019. This amendment also provides notice that the Government intends to provide responses to all previously submitted requests for information via the ProjNet Bidder Inquiry module NLT 19 October 2018. All other terms and provisions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
