This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (MICC-JBLM) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Grease Traps and Interceptors Cleaning Services contract at JBLM, WA. The period of performance is for a Base Year from 01 February 2019 through 31 January 2020 and four (4) 12-month option years. This will be a competitive, unrestricted procurement effort open to all capable and qualified business concerns under NAICS code 562998 - All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services. The applicable PSC is S222 - Housekeeping-Waste Treatment/Storage. In order to be considered, please, adhere to the FAR 52.212-1 Addendum, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, located within the solicitation. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items apply to this acquisition in addition to all provisions and clauses listed in the attachment titled Provisions and Clauses. In order to be eligible for award, Offeror must be registered with the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. Also, please, verify that both your DUNS number and CAGE Code are valid and current. Offerors are reminded to carefully review all solicitation documents issued, as criteria as stated in the solicitation shall govern. This solicitation is issued in electronic format only and will be available on the Internet at: https://fbo.gov. It is the Offeror's responsibility to check the Internet address provided as necessary for any posted changes to this solicitation, adherences, and all amendments, if any.
