(APC) (Qty 2 Each) 5) Mfr Part # : PDUMH15 Tripp Lite(Qty 2 Each) 6) Mfr Part # : MZ-V7E2T0E Samsung Group(Qty 10 Each) The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis this requirement. This requirement is Manufacture sole source to various Manufacturers with competition among authorized distributors. Complete details will be available in the solicitation. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website at http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about (10/10/2018). Please respond to Donell Sims by email to donell.sims@navy.mil. NAWCWD must be the original licensee of all Cisco Software. In the event there are questions pertaining to the validity of the Cisco products, NAWCWD reserves the right to verify the origin of the Cisco products with Cisco Systems, Inc. In the event the Cisco Products have been acquired from un-authorized channels, NAWCWD further reserves the right to return the products for a full refund at the vendor's expense. The vendor will not be paid for products that do not meet the standards above. Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. Effective June 11, 2018, entities who create or update their registration in SAM.gov to apply only for federal assistance opportunities such as grants, loans, and other financial assistance programs, have a notarized letter on file within 30 days of registration. Additionally, Effective June 29, 2018, all non-Federal entities who create or update their registration in SAM.gov, have a notarized letter on file within 30 days of registration. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an "Active" status as the government cannot award to an entity without an "Active" SAM registration.
