- Scope of Work Contract terms and conditions This is a combined synipsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 9309r3101007 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for services in the Nogales Field Office Security System Repair in accordance with documents attached. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throught Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-95. This solicitation is Small Business Set Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 - Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). The US International Boundary & Water Commission is requesting services for the Nogales Field Office Security System Repair as per documents attached. Services shall be quoted ALL or NONE as follows: BASE YEAR - 1 Service - Security System Repair - from Time of Award to Sept. 30, 2019 $__________ OPTION YEAR ONE - 1 Service - Security System Repair - from Oct 1, 2019 to Sept. 30, 2020 $____________ OPTION YEAR TWO - 1 Service - Security System Repair - from Oct 1, 2020 to Sept. 30, 2021 $___________ OPTION YEAR THREE - 1 Service - Security System Repair - from Oct 1, 2021 to Sept. 30, 2022 $_____________ OPTION YEAR FOUR - 1 Service - Security System Repair - from Oct 1, 2022 to Sept. 30, 2023 $_______________ All Option Years shall be included on your quote so it won't be disqualified. Site visit is encouraged. Please make arrangements directly with Mr. Aaron Haynes at aaron.haynes@ibwc.gov with a copy to me before 10/22/18. Refer to attached documentation to include dates and places of delivery, acceptance and FOB point. The FOB Destination shall be in Nogales Arizona. Offer Due Date/Local Time: October 26, 2018, 2:00 PM MST Q&A will be accepted by NLT October 22, 2018 at 3p via email ONLY to angelica.baca@ibwc.gov Phone calls with questions will not be answered. Questions received from Offerors after this date will not be responded to. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Quotes shall be good for 90 Days. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
