- Drawing Data Item Description Contract Data Requirements List A001 SF18 Request For Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N0017818Q0258 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award a firm-fixed purchase order for Environmental Qualifications tests for the Aegis MK6 MOD1 Common Display System 3U Discrete Server in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and drawing. The contractor shall include a separate not to exceed line item for one (1) retest of each test called out in section 3.3 and its subsections. Testing and inspection reports shall be delivered in accordance with the attached Contract Data Requirements List and format outlined on the attached Data Item Description. Shipping /freight cost FOB destination to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation to be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Proposal is due 24 October 2018 no later than 12:00 a.m. EST.
