- The purpose of this Amendment is to answer Vendor submitted questions and revise Attachment A - Price/Cost Schedule and Attachment B - Minimum Salient Characteristics/Product Descriptions. QUESTION: Our company intends to offer the T/Pump Professional systems (TP700 and TP 700C) in response to this solicitation. We declare that the products referenced may be a foreign end-product. The capital products listed in CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002 both have a Trade Agreements Act Country of Origin of China. Would the government accept an offer for these products under FAR 52.225-6, Trade Agreements Certificate? ANSWER: In regards to TP700 and TP700C being non TAA compliant, the subject solicitation is being issued as required citing FAR clause 52.225-6, Trade Agreements Certificate and it s a business decision for each vendor as to whether to submit a proposal in response to the solicitation and its provision. Attachment A has been revised to remove from the requirement the following Part Numbers. This change applies to the base and option years: CLIN 0004, Part Number TP22C has been deleted. CLIN 0005, Part Number TP3E has been deleted. Attachment A has been revised to add to the requirement the following Part Number. The estimated quantity is 177 per year. This change applies to the base and option years: Part Number 8002-062-022, 15 x 22 Pliable polymer/nonwoven fabric Mul-T-Pad w/ Click-Tite Connectors has been added as CLIN 0004. Attachment B has been revised to reflect the removal of part numbers TP22C & TP3E and the addition of part number 8002-062-022.
