- Solicitation_W91247-18-R-4P0N_USARC TAC4 Signal Readiness Technical Exhibit 3- Site Locations Technical Exhibit 6- Estimated Workload Data Technical Exhibit 5- Wage Determinations Technical Exhibit 4- Government Furnished Property Technical Exhibit 2- Deliverables Schedule Technical Exhibit 1- Performance Requirements Summary Technical Exhibit 7- DD 254 The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Bragg (MICC-FB) hereby issues the solicitation for Tactical Command and Control Communications and Computers (TAC/C4) Readiness Support Services at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The TAC/C4 Readiness Services will support Exercise Planning, Mission Command Assessments and Frequency and Spectrum Management within USARC CIO/G-6, Operations, Tactical Command and Control Communications and Computers (OPS TAC/C4) Division and supporting major commands and small unit level exercise, engagements and assigned operations across the USARC. The TAC/C4 support services is at Fort Bragg as the primary location and throughout the Continental United States (CONUS). The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 541512, "Computer Systems Design Services" with a size standard of $27.5 Million. This action is a competitive 8(a) set-aside The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP)contract. The Period of Performance for the base year is 01 January 2019 - 31 December 2019 (includes 30 day phase in) with four (4) one-year option periods.
