Description

This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Network 10 Contracting, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, MI 48106 to identify other sources that are capable of providing Homeless Veteran Rehabilitative Services for the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI, 48105. The facility shall be located within Lucas County, State of Ohio, USA. Services for up to Five (5) single male homeless veterans with mental illness and/or substance abuse disorders. The Contractor shall provide care, rehabilitative services to Homeless Veterans in community-based facilities offering a safe and secure environment that supports their rehabilitation goals. Firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract, up to 9,125 beds total for the contract period of performance, January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2024, Five, One-Year ordering periods.
